Queyras.

The Queyras is another of my favorite massifs, where I discovered multi-day trekking for the first time. The lakes, the landscapes, the light... everything is special here. In the heart of the Southern Alps, the Queyras is characterized by its deep valleys, its perched villages and its summits that overlook the Italian border: Font Sancte, Pic de Caramantran, and in the background, the mythical Monte Viso. It is a massif of character that deserves more recognition in France.
