Écrins.

A true land of giants in the Southern Alps, the Écrins massif has been above all my playground for mountaineering. While I've gone there extensively to climb, it's actually a massif where I've had relatively few opportunities to bring out the camera. Barre des Écrins, Pelvoux, Ailefroide... these are names that often inspire dreams among mountaineers! Its glacial valleys rival those of the Mont Blanc massif: one comes here for the grandiose landscapes, discovered at the cost of often demanding hikes, but also for its emblematic mountain refuges where a warm welcome is always guaranteed.
