The favorite massif of Grenoble's residents, Belledonne is a land of many facets that offers endless exploration. While some of its access points are very popular, the massif paradoxically hides remote, wild areas dominated by rock and stone. The terrain even approaches that of high-altitude mountaineering around the Grand Pic de Belledonne, which just barely misses the symbolic 3,000-meter mark.
